Service Description
This appointment is for clients who are ready for a custom measurement or returning for a fitting. During this session, we will: • Take precise measurements • Ensure proper fit and comfort • Provide guidance on wear and maintenance Fitting Credit Policy If you purchase a cranial prosthesis/wig from Essence Chanel Hair within 7 days of your Measurement & Fitting appointment, you will receive a $75 product credit applied to your purchase. Service time is not refundable. Important Information Essence Chanel Hair provides education and cranial prosthesis services related to hair loss support. This consultation does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace advice from your physician or licensed healthcare provider. Scheduling this consultation does not establish a nurse–patient or provider–patient relationship.
Cancellation Policy
Essence Chanel Hair At Essence Chanel Hair, your comfort and care come first. These policies help us protect your time, honor other clients’ appointments, and create a smooth, supportive experience for everyone. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. Booking & Payment Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. • All services are paid in full at the time of booking. • Appointment fees are non-refundable, as they secure dedicated time for your visit. • Product purchases are separate from consultation or service fees. For Cranial Prosthesis Measurement & Fitting appointments: If you purchase a cranial prosthesis within 7 days of your appointment, a $75 credit will be applied toward your purchase. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life happens, especially during medical or transitional seasons. • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. • Missed appointments without notice are considered completed sessions. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting. Late Arrivals & Future Bookings To ensure each client receives their full, uninterrupted time: • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled. • If an appointment is missed or significantly late, a $25 deposit will be required to secure your next booking. This deposit is applied to your upcoming appointment and helps us reserve dedicated time on our schedule. Insurance Support We provide guidance and documentation support to help you understand the insurance submission process. Please note: • Insurance approval and reimbursement decisions are made solely by your provider. • Coverage is not guaranteed. • We do not provide direct medical billing services unless otherwise stated. Our role is to educate and support you through the process. Education-Only Services Essence Chanel Hair provides RN-led education and supportive services. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. For medical decisions, please consult your licensed healthcare provider. Privacy & Client Care Hair loss journeys can be deeply personal. We maintain a private, respectful, and client-centered environment where your information is handled with discretion and care.
