Amber Baker, RN
Amber Baker, RN, is the founder of Essence Chanel Hair & Beauty LLC and the creator of Medical Hair Loss Solutions by Essence Chanel Hair, an RN-led supportive care service for individuals navigating medical hair loss. With 10 years of nursing experience, Amber provides compassionate education and guidance for clients experiencing hair loss related to chemotherapy/radiation, alopecia, and autoimmune conditions—helping them feel informed, prepared, and confident with clear next steps.
Amber is also the founder of Wellness Works Consulting, delivering community and workforce wellness education through workshops and partnerships across Florida. She is recognized for leadership and community impact, including being named a “40 Under 40” Nurse Leader honoree by The Nurses Magazine, and she serves as Chair of the Health & Wellness Committee for the Space Coast Black Chamber of Commerce.
